Welcome to the Center for Organizational Development

At the Center for Organizational Development, we offer an ICF-accredited coach training program designed for people who want to coach with presence, purpose, and professionalism.

Our CLCC® program isn’t a cookie-cutter coach training. It’s a life-changing experience to become a life changing coach, designed for:

— Professionals who want to lead with emotional intelligence
— Helpers and healers ready to deepen their work
— People seeking evidence-based coaching tools grounded in courage and emotional resilience that changes you from within.

Whether you’re here to lead others, grow yourself, or both—the CLCC® program is built to meet you where you are.

Is This You?

We’ve trained coaches from all kinds of backgrounds. But most of them fall into one of these two paths:

The Soulful Seeker

You're here for depth. You want to help others transform—and become more of who you are in the process. You're drawn to coaching because you're already the one people come to when life gets real.

You might be a: therapist, educator, yoga teacher, healer, creative, or guide. You’re craving tools to support others ethically, sustainably, and powerfully.

The Human-Centered Professional

You lead teams. You navigate conflict. You care about culture. And you’re ready for the next level—not just of what you do, but how you show up.

You might be a: manager, HR leader, DEI practitioner, consultant, or executive. You want to coach as part of your leadership—and you want a program that respects your time and intelligence.

💡 Whichever path you’re on, this training meets you there—and grows with you.

About the CLCC® Coach Training

This is a 6-month program that blends skills practice, personal development, and ethical leadership—designed for people who want to coach with integrity and courage.

ICF-Accredited

Our Level 1 program prepares you for an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation. Your coaching credential can be used to lead more effectively at work or start a private coaching practice.

Some providers say they’re “ICF Accredited” on the basis of offering Continuing Education Units (CEUs). That’s not true “accreditation” that can prepare you for an ACC credential.

Evening/Weekend Schedule

You may want to become a coach but you don’t have the resources to quit your job—which is why our program schedule is designed to support working professionals and parents. We hold synchronous/live sessions 2x a week, and you can flexibly complete asynchronous program homework or coaching sessions as it fits with your schedule.

Most of our participants start taking on paying clients even before they graduate!

Small Group, High Touch Model

We don’t do “factory coaching” (and we also don’t charge $10,000+ for our training!). We’re interested in small group cohorts where participants can learn and grow together. Our average cohort size is under 30 people. We use an experiential learning model—no staring at power points. With supportive guidance, you’ll start coaching and receiving targeted feedback.
