Executive coaching

Lara Heacock is an executive life coach (who also heads up CLCC's executive coaching training as a continuing education offering) and she runs Kind Over Matter, a website dedicated to cultivating kindness. As we discuss in this episode, executive coaching training and personal life coach training can have something in common, as the techniques used in one arena can be applicable to another.
